Paul E. Kim, M.D.
graduated top of his class from the Chicago Medical School. He is a graduate of UCLA School of Medicine Anesthesiology Program and Pain Management Fellowship. He is board certified in Anesthesiology with subspecialty certification in Pain Management.
He served as a Clinical Instructor at UCLA School of Medicine and as an attending physician at California Pain Medicine Center at UCLA, specializing in research and treatment of RSD and non-surgical as well as minimally invasive surgical treatment of spine.
He has been specializing in Spinal implants and Minimally Invasive Laser Endoscopic Discectomy and served as guest lecturer for Medtronics and Boston Scientific neuromodulation system and as a instructor for Clarus Laser Endoscopic Disc Decompression.
Dr. Kim also closely work with physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and pain psychologists to provide comprehensive pain management care in addition to interventional pain treatments to diagnose and manage difficult chronic pain conditions. He performs a wide array of interventional procedures, including epidural injections, selective nerve root blocks, SI and facet joint injections, RF neuro-ablations, laser discectomy, trigger point injections, lysis of adhesions, peripheral and Spinal Cord stimulator implantations.
